Our fridge is making a lot of noise. I’m sure it’s the fan. We did not receive texts as promised to let is know when the person would arrive. Late in the large time window we were given, the repair tech came to our house, did not introduce himself, did not ask if he should remove his shoes or cover them, and walked to the fridge. I asked if I should take things out so he could access the back panel, and he said no. He removed the freezer drawer and put it on the wood floor, leaving puddles behind. He took that panel off and put it back on without obviously doing anything. He put the freezer drawer back in incorrectly, so the top drawer fell when I tried to use it later. When I asked if he shouldn’t check the back of the fridge where the fan is, he said he didn’t understand what I was saying and that, “We have procedures as technicians.” After he left, I dried and cleaned the floor, and the fridge IS MUCH WORSE THAN BEFORE HE CAME!

Today the tech Don came out after a few days of waiting on parts (Not his fault). He came in and was a TOTAL professional, he addressed the issue with our washer, checked out the dryer, and left his contact information in case of any further issues. If ANYONE uses this service, make sure you have Don as your tech, this guy knows his stuff!.....I totally recommend his services.

They broke lightning under the house, affected the air and left the water on outside,and didn't report any of the things. they cost me more money than just their service
